While the coaching experience is different for everyone, my clients share similar outcomes.  Through the coaching process, my clients often report an enhanced ability to initiate change and achieve their goals. They become more adept at decision-making and navigating the daily demands of both their professional and personal lives. THE COACHING PROCESS

Coaching is highly individualized to meet your unique needs, and no two coaching relationships are identical.  Depending on your specific coaching goals, we may collaborate to:

  1. Define your vision for success, both personally and professionally.
  2. Identify your core values, strengths, and priorities, empowering you to leverage and honor them effectively in your personal and professional life.
  3. Create a self-care routine tailored to your needs, supporting your progress towards your goals.
  4. Address and manage any fear, doubt, worry, or guilt that may stop the changes you wish to make in your life.
  5. Develop new strategies for time management, energy management, and stress management.
  6. Identify and transform negative believes, habits that no longer serve you or your pursuit of goals.
  7. Break down your goals into small, achievable action steps that are big enough to move you forward and small enough to be realistic. Realistic goals are key to success.
  8. Determine the most effective motivation strategies and accountability methods to keep you on track.

We schedule sessions at your convenience, typically once every 1-3 weeks for most new clients. Each session lasts 60  minutes  and includes  possibility to learn new techniques which stays with you forever, included homework assignments, book recommendation.

It is incredible how some of my baggage, my limiting beliefs discovered with Paulina, disappeared at once using some of techniques. My way of thinking has changed a lot during the sessions. I am more flexible and open-minded, and my goal has been achieved. I know myself better. I can use this knowledge in many situations in my life. My perception is different.

I would call the methods she uses „click methods”. The techniques are fast, and it is easy to notice the profits of them. In extremely stressful situations, I could stay concentrated, self-confident and happy thanks to one of the techniques Paulina taught me. I felt some of the positive effects after reacting unconsciously in a new, perfect for me way. Earlier, before the sessions, it was difficult for me to behave in such a way.
