Is herbal medicine right for me?
Over the years, herbal medicine has been commonly used for preventing diseases, promoting health, and improving both the duration and quality of life. If you want to complement western medicine and you appreciate medicinal use of plants, this is definitely something you should consider.
As an herbalist with a vitalist approach, Paulina believes in the healing power of Nature. She is focusing on setting proper conditions and the Life Power maintains the healing.
What types of conditions can herbal medicine address?
Western medicine and pharmaceuticals have their own essential role, and herbal remedies cannot serve as a direct substitute. Herbal treatments are typically employed to address a variety of conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger, frustration, trauma, insomnia, pain, inflammation, autoimmune disorders, skin issues, menstrual irregularities, digestive problems, low immunity, colds, flus, coughs, infections, respiratory ailments, heart and circulatory disorders, as well as the promotion of overall well-being. Furthermore, herbal medicine serves as a valuable component of preventative healthcare, supporting the maintenance of vibrant health.

What does an integrative nlp coach do?
In the role as an integrative NLP coach, Paulina empowers you to define your goals and establish responsibility for achieving success in both your personal and professional life. She can help you identify strengths and weaknesses and overcome obstacles holding you back. Paulina can help you break through old beliefs and develop new practices so you can reach your desired goals.
How does coaching differ from therapy?
While coaching and therapy can complement each other, coaching is not therapy. In coaching, the focus is on developing practical strategies to facilitate progress and personal growth. Coaching does not delve into exploring the underlying causes of behaviors, examining one’s past, or diagnosing and addressing psychological disorders.
Who seeks integrative coaching?
Paulina’s clients seek coaching because they want to make changes in their personal lives or business and need support in the process. Hiring her as their coach reflects their commitment to maximizing their life’s potential.
What happens during integrative coaching sessions?
It is essential to establish your starting point at the beginning of our journey. Paulina will provide you with forms designed to assist in clarifying your vision which helps her to better understand your coaching needs. After this initial phase, you will start your regular sessions (one to four sessions per month). During these sessions, Paulina will ask you questions and guide you through exercises relevant to your goals. At the end of each session she will give you homework assignments to help you get closer to your desired goal and help prepare for your next session.
What about confidentiality?
All discussions are held in strict confidence. Unless you tell someone that you are working with Paulina (or give her your express permission to do so) no one will know that you have spoken.
